Maltooligosaccharide, Millet, Sweet potato, Black rice,
Red bean, Black bean, Green bean, Wheat germ,

Strawberry, Walnut, Soy lecithin,
DHA (extract from Seaweed).

Direction of use:

• Mix 1 packet of Nutritious Meal into 100ml
  of water (room temperature) & stir well,
  add in another 80ml of hot water &
  ready to serve.
• 2 - 3 sachets daily.
